Dr. Bertuglia received her doctorate in School Psychology in 2004 from the University of Connecticut. She received advanced training in cognitive behavioral therapy with children and adolescents from the Massachusetts General Hospital Department of Psychiatry. She is a licensed psychologist in both the states of Rhode Island and Connecticut.
Dr. Bertuglia has extensive experience practicing in both school and clinical settings and has worked with preschool aged children through adolescence. She has completed numerous clinical psychological as well as psychoeducational evaluations with a neuropsychology focus. She also specializes in cognitive behavioral therapy with children and adolescents who are struggling with anxiety, depression, and obsessive compulsive disorder.
Additionally, Dr. Bertuglia has co-authored several journal publications in the area of psychological interventions for medical conditions and is adjunct professor of psychology at Dean College.

Sarah is a licensed mental health counselor who received her MA, and CAGS from Salve Regina University. She possess experience working with anxiety; depression; life transitioning; PTSD; sexual, physical and emotional trauma; and co-occurring disorders. She has experience working with children, adults and individuals with intellectual disabilities/developmental disabilities. She also has experience using CBT to assist with solving current problems and changing unhelpful thinking and behavior.
